On May 29 I was at work and missed the package and they left a infonotice. On May 30 the package was out of delivery and it never came. Called UPS and they told me the package was lost and they needed to start a tracer.

I told them to starts a tracer and after a week told me they are starting the insurance claim. Now today June 19 I recieve one package and not the. Since they were in two packages but I find out the other is getting shipped back to the UPS store the shipped sent out. That UPS store has been giving me the run. So my question is can I sue them for taking a month to deliver my packages?

If they don’t pay you uust the lost item, or recover it, then you can sue them for the value of that item, but with court filing fees, it would probably not be worth it.
